Our practices are now operating on appointment-based opening. Whilst we are not operating an in-store reception service we are answering calls 7 days per week from our central call centre.

Due to COVID-19, we have changed the way we interact with our customers. Please view the video above so that you know what to expect from your visit.
As a business we are taking all reasonable steps in order to ensure the continuing well-being of our employees and patients and of course the continuing supply of products and services to our valued customers.
We continue to offer the following services
- Routine eye tests
- Emergency and essential examinations
- Sales of glasses and contact lenses (online, remotely or in-store)
- FREE replacement or repair of glasses for under 16s (call, text email to order)
All glasses and contact lenses are now being posted to your home address on completion. If you need an adjustement please book this online once you have your glasses. This service is free of charge.
As a result of these and other measures we feel confident that we can continue to deliver our usual high level of service during this difficult time.
