Safety is still the priority

In line with official UKHSA guidance we continue to maintain safety measures to keep our customers and colleagues safe.

 - Opticians and staff will no longer wear masks for routine procedures

 - for close contact and invasive procedures the optometrist will wear appropriate PPE

 - we expect staff and patients to wear a mask if suffering from a respiratory infection

 - if you as a patient feel more comfortable wearing a mask then you are welcome to do so

 - if you would like staff members to wear a mask during your appointment just let us know on arrival

 - Opticians and staff will continue to disinfect equipment and seats between patients

 - When trying on frames we ask you to place them into a tray rather than putting them back on display. We will then clean the frames before returning them to the display for the next customer

 - Our practices will continue to operate on an appointment only basis. If you need an appointment please:

 - book online at https://premiervision.co.uk/book

 - email us at hello@premiervision.co.uk

 - call us on 01274 66 00 99

- We will continue to post all glasses and contact lenses to your home address on completion. If you need an adjustment please book this online once you have your glasses. This service is free of charge.
